We specialise in fast and efficient web site solutions, especially for sole traders and public bodies where project costs are limited.
Rob Pine worked as a Project Officer within the It Dept of the Sussex Police. Rob's experiece included Access Databases, web site creation and online training packages. . Rob worked with a small team of seven individuals comprising several police officers, two programmers, a graphic designer and two people who were recruited from outside the Police Service to work on a range of projects. Some of the projects he worked on included:
- The resolution of low priority calls to the police (24,000 problems a year with the assistance of only four staff)
- The effective organisation of identification parades and the recruitment of members of the public to form the line up
- Nuisance telephone calls and harassment
- Call Handling Project
- The rationalisation of forms and development of eforms
- Development of an on line manual for users of the Criminal Information System
- A property managment database for dealing with lost and found property and where possible to reconcile the found property with lost items
- The introduction of a new crime report, and development of an on line training package
- On line job application forms for people to apply to join Special Constabulary and the Regular Force
- The fast track removal of abandoned vehicles. (The team won £1.1M of Treasury funding to support this project).
