Directions:

From the north (Dorking), travel South along the A24, then turn right on to the A29. Five miles South of Ockley you will arrive at a triangular shaped roundabout (Clemsfold roundabout). Proceed all the way around the roundabout and head back towards Dorking. The lane to Rowhook Hill is 200 metres on your left. The land for sale is on the right.

From the West (Guildford). Follow the A264 Horsham Road. Stay on this road. When North of Billingshurst you will see the road to the right A29 signposted to Billingshurst and Bognor. DO NOT turn right - go straigt on until you pass Sussex Tractors on your left. At the next roundabout (Clemsfold roundabout) turn left onto the A29 towards Dorking. The Lane Rowhook Road is 200m on your left. The land for sale is on the right as you drive up towards the brow of the hill.

From the East Horsham. Follow the A264 Broadbridge Heath bypass past tescos. At the next roundabout turn right and follow the road signposted to guildford. Follow this road for about 3 miles. Pass Farlington girls school on your right and go straight ahead at the mini roundabout. Go down the hill, around a sharp left hand bend. At the next roundabout (Clemsfold), turn right onto the A29 for Dorking. Take the Lane Rowhook Road 200 m on your left. The land for sale is on your right as you drive up Rowhook Hill.
